Supervisory Systems

The Computer Supervisory System is an end-to-end solution for emergency power supply infrastructure management. This system includes:

  • System Supervisory Centre WinCN 3.0
  • specialized local supervisory system controllers and device controllers installed in the infrastructure
  • technical and logistics competences of ETC power specialists, supported by over 25 year professional experience through its partner ETC group

WinCN 3.0 belongs to the Power Intelligence class product group, supporting technical customer's infrastructure.

Purpose

The WinCN 3.0 software is designed to create the structure of the computer systems to control and supervise the power supply equipment and other complementary devices. The software flexibility enables creating the supervision system's architecture that corresponds any organizational structure. The core function of the system is to receive alarm requests or status reports generated by the supervised entities. Any supervised entity may be reached from the System Supervisory Centre and the current parameters of this entity may be retrieved. Moreover, data may be real-time recorded in a cyclic way. The system allows to control selected device features and to configure operating parameters. The control function range depends on local controller used.

The System Supervision Centre WinCN 3.0

Recommended operating environment is Windows® XP/2000. The WinCN 3.0 application uses suitable transmission lines and facilitates ongoing control and supervision of any field device. Equipment:
