ETC power strives for sustainable development through close co-operation with Afghan partners.
We aim to provide equipment scaled to solve the problem. Before we suggest technical solutions, we listen to the people who will later have to handle the technology we provide. Thanks to our local staff we can ensure optimum ownership of the later users.
Get all the services you need out of one hand, from five co-operating partners that share their great experience in solar and thermal energy, water pumping and purification, and irrigation. We calculate, offer, and install harmonious systems - and we give guarantees for their workability as a whole.
ETC power is planning to localise a growing part of the production in Afghanistan to ensure technology transfer.
We bypass the traps on the road to progress by using solar technology. Pollution and long-term environmental damages, supply of gasoline, off-grid location of wells and fields, rising energy prices - this does not matter to the solutions we provide.
That we provide high technology does not mean that it isn't rough technology. Our solar trackers and water pumps are made for the toughest environment and have proven their durability under diverse conditions in more than 60 countries around the globe. By reducing the number of moving parts our technology is durable, maintenance-free, trouble-free, especially when compared to traditional devices run by diesel generators and engines.
Seminar on energy by ETC power, Kabul University, 2005
Our job does not end when the pumps and panels have been installed. We provide training and services to enable the end users to ensure best results and integration into their work procedures and to deal with problems.
ETC power has already organised two seminars on energy in Kabul in 2003 and 2005. Close co-operation with Kabul University can ensure smooth technology transfer and sustainable growth.
